Refunds

Every package comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee while it's unused. No support ticket, no questions — the button is on your account page.

What qualifies

• The purchase was made within the last 14 days, and
• the package is unused — no mock interview started, no answer review or rewrite run from it.

Uploading your CV or saving a job advert doesn't count against you — those are setup, not the thing you paid for.

How to request one

1. Open your account page.
2. Eligible packages show a refund option with the date it's available until.
3. Confirm — the refund is issued to your original payment method immediately, your access to that package ends, and a confirmation email follows.

Most banks show the money within 5–10 business days.

What doesn't qualify

• A package with any mock interview, review or rewrite used, or one bought more than 14 days ago — purchases are final at that point.
• Free grants — promotional packages and referral rewards have no cash value and can't be refunded.
• A purchase that unlocked referral rewards can't be self-refunded (that would leave both sides keeping free rewards from a refunded purchase) — contact us and we'll sort it manually.
