Privacy Policy

What we collect

To prepare you for interviews we process the job adverts you paste, the CV you upload, your spoken answers and the scores and rewrites generated from them. We also collect your email address and account details when you sign up, and payment details are handled by Stripe — we never see your card number.

How long we keep it

Voice recordings are transcribed and the raw audio is deleted immediately after transcription. Raw CV files are deleted within 24 hours by default. Your answer bank, scores and readiness reports remain available inside your account so you can keep preparing.

Your preparation is private. Nothing you upload, say or save is shared publicly or used to advertise to you.

Who processes data on our behalf

We use a small set of sub-processors to run the service: Supabase (database and authentication, EU hosting), Stripe (payments), PostHog (product analytics, EU hosting), Sentry (error monitoring) and Cloudflare Turnstile (sign-in protection). Analytics never receives your CV text, job descriptions, recordings or answers.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and everything associated with it at any time. Under UK GDPR you also have the right to correct inaccurate data and to object to processing.
